A collection inspired by the beautiful and intense smells of Provence. From lavender, to orange blossom, tuberose, jasmine and rose, the sweet aromas of Southern France are renowned worldwide and ones I hold close to my heart after growing up there as a young child. For my final major project I explored the connections between scent and lingerie (both intimate and individual to the wearer) as well as the memories that perfume can hold and the added wellbeing benefits. Pushing the boundaries between scent and lingerie, I have created a collection that engages all the senses.

Exploration into the intimate connections between lingerie and perfumery. This delicate and luxurious lingerie collection transports the wearer to Southern France, amongst the lavender fields and mimosa trees, using micro-encapsulation.

Throughout this project I worked closely with the university textile lab to invent a method to micro-encapsulate my Femina lace and Boselli satin.
